Your data lives in two places: locally in the app on your device, and (only if you've written to us) in our support inbox. There is currently no user account.
Your handwritten characters and every document you've created are stored locally in the app. Uninstalling the app via iOS settings removes this local data with it.
There is currently no in-app “delete all data” button for end users (only debug functions in development builds). The app does not create an iCloud backup; an optional cloud backup is prepared but currently disabled.
If you've written to us via the support form or email, you can request deletion of those messages anytime:
We confirm and process deletion requests within 30 days.
Purchase and payment data is held exclusively by Apple, once purchases are activated. To view or delete it, manage your Apple account directly at privacy.apple.com or in your Apple ID settings.
